The Orilla

The Orilla are humanoids from a high gravity planet. They became allies of the Federation after the StarGuard helped them fight off a Dreenoi invasion.

The following is extracted from the Contacts Service Handbook: The race of Orillas evolved on a planet with a 2 earth standard gravity. Massive and extremely strong (a 400 pound Orilla male is quite capable of lifting and carrying about 800 to 1,000 pounds), the Orilla gives the appearance of being able to take care of itself. Fortunately for everyone, the Orilla tend to be a quiet and retiring race. An Orilla generally will inconvenience itself to avoid a competition, aggression situation.
